GENERAL
These are the terms and conditions for Home Automation Concepts Products (hereafter referred to as HAC)
PRICES
Prices are those listed for the individual products and no cash discounts are available. Payments will be accepted via our shopping cart, using Visa
Or MasterCard. Shipping will be additional. Orders may be phoned in by using the phone number (760) 699-8888 when operators are available or leave a message with order information or call back number. Home Automation Concepts, hereinafter called the Seller, may Change this method of payment at any time. The seller also reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include taxes and all prices are subject to the addition of any tax which the Seller at any time is required by law to pay or collect by reason of the sale. Prices include domestic packing or packaging per the Seller’s standard practice.
Shipments will be made from Palm Springs, CA
Shipping and handling will be prepaid on HAC replacement parts as follows:
- Free shipping of our electrical plate replacement covers will be included for orders up to 4 covers. Those orders over 4 items will be calculated on the weight and the shipping zip code and added to the total in the shopping cart
- Orders for replacement parts will be shipped parcel post at no extra charge to the customer
RETURNS
Approval for return:
Prior approval must be obtained from Home Automation Concepts. A return material authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of all cartons. HAC must be advised of the original invoice number pertaining to the return request. Credit will be calculated and issued based on this invoice.
Conditions of return:
The parts must be new, unused, and undamaged unless damaged by failure. All parts not meeting these criteria will be returned to the buyer at their expense. HAC reserves the right to refuse any parts that cannot be returned to new stock.
Parts cannot be returned after more than 6 months from original date of shipment.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Standard Items:
Purchase orders for normal quantities of standard items ordinarily carried for stock shipment are subject to cancellation without charge provided that the Buyer’s notice of cancellation is received by the Seller prior to delivery of product to the carrier.
Purchase orders for extraordinary quantities of standard items or for any special items designed or manufactured at the customer’s request are subject to !0% charge for cancellation if the product has not been shipped. Full payment is expected if received by customer.
HAC warrants to the purchaser that its OEM parts will be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of 1 year.
CHANGE IN TERMS:
HAC reserves the right to change terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time.
